This explains what Verity E-books collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately small.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name and email address, the guide you bought, the price, the date and an order number. These are used to deliver your copy, to personalise it with your name, and to provide support.
• Payment details: handled by our payment provider (Tap Payments). We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we do not see or store your card number.
• When you contact us: your email address and what you write to us.

What we don’t do

• This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
• Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
• We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else handles your data

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes ordinary technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Our payment provider processes your payment. We use the minimum needed to deliver your purchase and will list any additional service here before using it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and meet accounting and legal obligations. Messages to us are kept as long as needed to answer them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email [STORE EMAIL — CONFIRM].

Children

Our guides are written for adults and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
