About
About Verity E-books
Real research. No guesswork. Every claim, sourced.
Verity E-books started from a simple frustration: most health, wellness and money content online is written to sound confident, not to be correct. So we built it the other way around. Every guide starts with the research itself, not a blog post repeating what a hundred other blog posts already said.
Our three guides cite 150, 164 and 151 independently verified sources: 465 in total. In our health guide, that’s 132 peer-reviewed studies and 19 major health authorities. We’re not doctors or licensed financial advisers, and we’re upfront about that. What we do is read carefully, cite everything, and hand you guides you don’t have to take on faith.
If a claim can’t be traced back to a real source, it doesn’t make it into the book.
How we vet sources
Every guide ends with its full source list, and every entry is tagged by type, so you can see at a glance what a claim rests on:
- Peer-reviewed research
- Government, regulatory & medical-authority bodies
- Licensed professional & certification bodies
- Established institutional publishers
Where the evidence is thin, preliminary or disputed, the guides say so in the text rather than burying it in a footnote.
What our guides are not
Verity guides are educational. They are not medical, financial, tax or legal advice, and they don’t replace a professional who knows your situation.
